The article examines the success of companies depending on quality human resources and organizational structure their management. Based potential, work highlights processes that reduce it; values employees studied are ranked: as a means subsistence, communication with colleagues, confidence in future, installation "work main value life", possibility creative growth. Problems field personnel management identified two areas: composition employees; performance staff. To improve managers companies, it is proposed to implement comprehensive program. It should include following changing structure, where job responsibilities clearly reallocated; reviewing descriptions order regulate employee responsibilities, support most effective technology; building commitment trading firms be made problem-oriented. Changing will allow to: create additional links deal strategic planning; organize production sales, quality, develop production; line manager able delegate authority certain issues tasks.The problem-oriented which has advantages all structures, no obvious disadvantages. provides high level specialization employees, performing specific function; combined system, easy form operate, adaptive changes. We suggest evaluating effectiveness resource when by decisions organizations.
